The extracts used from the original 1940 colour film, give an accurate / historical account of the formation and training of the Thornton HG, are thanks to the: The Yorkshire Film Archive.
The generosity of YFA, has enabled WR28 HG to produce a small number of copies of the original Thornton HG film in DVD format, for historical and research purposes only. This silent / colour DVD one hour playtime, is available in very limited numbers.
